About Your Guide
Hi, I’m Emily.
I support people who struggle with digestion, low energy, and feeling out of balance in their daily life.
I am trained in holistic nutrition, Yoga, Shiatsu, and foot reflexology. I’ve also studied the foundations of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda, and learned from local healers across India and other countries, focusing on natural nutrition, simple detox approaches, and understanding the body’s signals.
What I’ve seen again and again is that the body is not the problem - it’s often our rhythm, habits, and environment that are out of balance.
In my sessions, I focus on simple, practical changes.
No strict diets or complicated plans - but understanding what your body really needs and how to support it in everyday life.
This approach is closely connected to nature: rhythm, rest, nourishment, and awareness.
If you want to understand your body better and find a more natural way of living, I’d be happy to support you.
"Your body can heal. It just needs the right rhythm and the right environment."
